A dispatch console on the Wolverine blend — BPC-157 and TB-500 tracked through the research literature, FDA non-approval, the WADA Prohibited List, and the unregulated distribution channel they actually move through.

Study amounts / 03

What does BPC-157 TB-500 dosage mean here?

It means amounts used in studies, mostly with animals. No tested human dose exists for the blend, so this isn't a dosing plan.

No BPC-157 TB-500 dosage has been proved for people

Is there a tested amount for you? There isn't one for the BPC-157 TB-500 blend.

No published BPC-157 study has found an amount, mix, or result for both together [11]. The claim that the pair works better hasn't been tied to a set mix.

The amounts below came from separate animal studies. Rats got either 10 millionths or 10 billionths of a gram for each kilogram of body weight.

Other rats with stomach ulcers got far smaller amounts [1]. In a stroke study, rats got a wide range of Thymosin Beta-4 amounts in the belly.

At the high end, 18 milligrams per kilogram brought no added gain [13]. A mouse muscle study used 150 millionths of a gram of Thymosin Beta-4 twice a week for six months [9].

Animal amounts can't set an amount for your body. Human numbers apply only to full-length Thymosin Beta-4, not the blend or short TB-500 piece.

One early safety study, called Phase 1, found up to 1260 milligrams caused no clear short-term problem for those people during the study. That doesn't rule out rare harm or harm from long use.

A 2021 first-use study tested 25 millionths of a gram per kilogram once, or 5 each day for ten days [12]. Those amounts aren't a guide for you.

I'd ask what human blend study supports any plan you're offered. Ask how the clinic would watch your health and what your visits would cost.

No human study tells you how to cycle BPC-157 and TB-500

No controlled human study has tested a cycle. Online plans with a heavy start and lighter follow-up haven't been proved [12].

In one rat stroke study, a higher amount of Thymosin Beta-4 didn't work better [13]. That finding cuts against the claim that more must help more.

If a clinic offers a schedule, ask which human blend trial supports it. Also ask how they'll watch you and what you'll pay if you stop early.

Most useful studies didn't test pills or common shots

How did animals and people get each substance in the studies? Most rat work put each one into the belly [1][13].

Some wound and tendon work placed one near the hurt spot [1][4]. Early human safety work, called Phase 1, put the full Thymosin Beta-4 protein into a vein.

A small BPC-157 safety test also used a vein [12]. None of those tests studied the blend.

What about "bpc 157 tb 500 oral" products? Animals have taken BPC-157 by mouth, and it stayed whole in the stomach [1].

TB-500 has no matching test showing what the body does with it by mouth. Pills are sold, but human tests haven't shown how much reaches the blood.

Shots under the skin or into muscle also lack controlled human proof [6]. Without that proof, your doctor can't tell you whether a pill, a shot under your skin, or a shot into your muscle would work or harm you over time.

Mixing a research vial doesn't make it safe for you

Research sellers supply TB-500 and Thymosin Beta-4 as freeze-dried powder. Their directions may call for sterile water or water made to slow germ growth, followed by cold storage [6]. Some users mix the powders apart, while others use one vial. That tells you how a product is handled, not that it is safe to inject. The label may not prove what is inside, how clean it is, or the true BPC-157:TB-500 ratio [6][7].

How do you add water to a BPC-157 / TB-500 blend (10mg)?

Both come as freeze-dried research powder. Sellers say to add sterile water or water made to slow germ growth, then keep it cold [6]. That doesn't prove what's in an unregulated vial. You still can't know whether your vial has the true BPC-157:TB-500 ratio [6][7].

How often should you inject BPC-157 and TB-500?

No human study tells how often to inject the blend. One mouse study put 150 millionths of a gram of Thymosin Beta-4 into the belly twice a week for six months [9]. That wasn't a human blend test. Online schedules haven't been checked in a controlled trial [12].

No one knows how long the blend stays in people

How long does the blend stay in your body? No sound human test answers that. A few studies followed each protein piece alone, and even those answers are thin.

How long do BPC-157 and TB-500 stay in the body?

No sound human study shows how long the blend stays in the body. A rat and dog study put BPC-157's time under 30 minutes [1]. A vein study found more full-length Thymosin Beta-4 in people's blood after larger amounts. It didn't settle the time for short TB-500 [12].
